Implementation of Heuristic Algorithms for Board Games

The aim of the course is the implementation of a strong computer player for an extended version of Reversi. At the end of the course, we will hold a competition of the developed computer players, rank them and designate a winner. The aimed game is client/server based. The server is already provided and thus is not needed to be programmed. For the client, a limited amount of network programming is needed.

Lab organisers are Viet Yen Nguyen (English) and David Piegdon (German and English).
